MAGPS Anti-Racism White Affinity Group

Sunday March 22, 2026
Virtual from 3:00-5:00 PM

White identifying MAGPS members are welcome and encouraged to join this group!

Join us to explore how being white in a culture that center whiteness has impacted our ability to effectively see and center anti-racism values. We'll look at how white supremacy culture and consciousness impacts us, our practices, our colleagues, and the MAGPS organization.

This virtual meeting is co-convened by Barbara Cristy and Jill Penaloza. You will receive the Zoom meeting link after you have registered.

Join us on the 4th Sunday of every month from 3-5pm ET.

Save the Date for our next meeting: Sunday April 26th.

In this group we share what is coming up for us in the here and now and explore how  this relates to white identity, white supremacy, white centering and bias, and more. We use the group process to help deepen our awareness of personal biases as we support and challenge each other in the effort towards being more embodied and effective anti-racists.
